Welcome to Looply.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Looply mobile application, including its content, features, and related services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Looply, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. About Looply
Looply is an entertainment application that allows users to watch short drama series with Thai subtitles for free.
Looply may display advertisements to support the availability and operation of the service.
Content availability may vary depending on your country, device, internet connection, licensing restrictions, and other factors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum legal age required in your country to use Looply independently.
If you are under the legal age of majority, you may use Looply only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
By using Looply, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Permission to Use Looply
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable permission to use Looply for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This permission does not transfer ownership of Looply or any content available through the app to you.
4. Accounts
Some Looply features may require an account.
If you create an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and current information;
Keep your login credentials confidential;
Not share, sell, or transfer your account;
Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account; and
Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, threaten the security of the service, or are used for fraudulent or abusive activities.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Looply only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
You must not:
Copy, download, record, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, rent, or commercially exploit content from Looply without authorization;
Share, rebroadcast, or publicly display dramas or other protected content;
Circumvent content protection, access restrictions, geographic restrictions, or security measures;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
Use bots, scripts, crawlers, automation, or data-scraping tools to access or collect information from Looply;
Interfere with the operation, performance, servers, networks, or security of the app;
Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, viruses, or other destructive materials;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account or any part of our systems;
Use Looply for illegal, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful activities;
Remove copyright, trademark, watermark, or other ownership notices;
Misuse advertisements, rewards, promotions, or app features; or
Encourage another person to violate these Terms.
6. Drama Content and Thai Subtitles
Drama series, videos, images, artwork, subtitles, translations, music, logos, and related materials available through Looply may be owned or licensed by Looply, content providers, distributors, or other rights holders.
The content is provided only for personal viewing through the Looply app.
You may not claim ownership of, modify, copy, redistribute, sell, upload, or use the content outside Looply without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Thai subtitles are provided for accessibility and entertainment. Subtitle translations may occasionally contain errors, omissions, timing differences, or interpretations that differ from the original dialogue.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Looply, including its name, logo, software, interface, design, graphics, features, and original materials, is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Looply and the applicable rights holders.
Third-party drama content and related materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
8. Advertisements and Third-Party Services
Looply may display advertisements or contain links to third-party websites, products, applications, or services.
We do not control and are not responsible for:
The availability or accuracy of third-party services;
Third-party content, products, or advertisements;
Transactions between you and a third party; or
The privacy, security, or business practices of third parties.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
The appearance of an advertisement or link in Looply does not necessarily mean that we endorse the advertiser, product, or service.
9. Internet and Device Requirements
An active internet connection and a compatible device may be required to use Looply.
You are responsible for:
Your device and internet connection;
Mobile data, internet, or carrier charges;
Keeping your device and app software updated; and
Ensuring that your use of Looply complies with your service provider’s terms.
Video quality, playback speed, and availability may be affected by your connection, device performance, server capacity, or geographic location.
10. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any part of Looply at any time.
This may include:
Adding or removing drama series;
Changing subtitle availability;
Changing advertisements or app features;
Restricting content in certain countries;
Performing maintenance or security updates; and
Discontinuing support for certain devices or operating systems.
We do not guarantee that any particular drama, episode, subtitle, or feature will remain available for a specific period.
11. Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual-property rights.
If you believe that content available through Looply infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact us at admin@thaishorts.online and include:
Your full name and contact information;
Identification of the protected work;
Identification or location of the allegedly infringing content;
A statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized;
A statement that the information in your request is accurate; and
Evidence that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the rights holder.
We may remove or restrict access to content while reviewing a complaint.
12. Privacy
Your use of Looply is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you.
By using Looply, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Looply if:
You violate these Terms;
Your activity creates a security or legal risk;
You misuse the app, its content, advertisements, or services;
We are required to do so by law or a rights holder;
Your account is involved in fraud or abuse; or
Continuing to provide the service is no longer reasonably possible.
You may stop using Looply at any time and uninstall the app from your device.
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain effective.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Looply is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
Looply will always be available, secure, or error-free;
Videos will play without interruption, delay, or quality problems;
All subtitles will be accurate, complete, or synchronized;
Every drama or episode will remain available;
The app will be compatible with every device; or
Defects or errors will always be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Looply and its owners, operators, partners, service providers, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Your use of or inability to use Looply;
Loss of data, profits, opportunities, or reputation;
Service interruptions or technical failures;
Third-party advertisements, links, products, or services;
Unauthorized access to your device or account; or
Content removed, modified, delayed, or unavailable through the app.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs resulting from:
Your misuse of Looply;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of another person’s rights; or
Your unlawful activity through the app.
This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without excluding any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at admin@thaishorts.online so that we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent legal relief where necessary.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We may also provide notice through the app when required.
Your continued use of Looply after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the app.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The invalid provision will be modified or limited only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented within Looply, form the entire agreement between you and Looply regarding your use of the service.
