Looply (“Looply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a mobile application that allows users to watch short drama series with Thai subtitles for free. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use Looply, how we use and share that information, and the choices available to you.
By downloading, accessing, or using Looply, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the app.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:
Your name, email address, profile details, or account information if you create an account;
Messages, questions, and other information you send when contacting customer support; and
Feedback, reports, survey responses, or other communications you submit through the app.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through customer-support messages unless it is necessary for us to assist you.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use Looply, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
Device type, operating system, app version, language, country or general region, and device settings;
Advertising IDs, app-instance IDs, and similar identifiers;
IP address, internet connection type, and network information;
Usage information, including dramas viewed, watch progress, searches, feature interactions, session duration, and advertisement interactions;
Crash reports, performance data, error logs, and diagnostic information; and
Approximate location inferred from your IP address.
Looply does not collect your precise GPS location unless a feature clearly requests it and you grant permission.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Looply and its service providers may use software development kits, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the app, remember preferences, measure performance, prevent fraud, provide analytics, and deliver or measure advertisements.
2. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:
Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Looply;
Stream short drama series and display Thai subtitles;
Remember your watch progress and preferences;
Personalize content recommendations and your user experience;
Provide, personalize, limit, and measure advertisements;
Analyze app usage, performance, and audience trends;
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems;
Respond to customer-support requests;

Enforce our terms and protect our rights and users;

3. Advertising and Analytics
Looply may be supported by advertising. Advertising and analytics providers may collect or receive information such as:
Device and advertising identifiers;
IP address;
App usage and activity;
Advertisement views, clicks, and interactions;
Approximate location; and
Diagnostic and performance information.
This information may be used to provide, personalize, limit, and measure advertisements, subject to your device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.
You may be able to limit personalized advertising, reset or delete your advertising identifier, or manage tracking permissions through your Android or iOS device settings.
Disabling personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertisements. It may cause you to receive less relevant advertisements.
Third-party providers process information according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of advertising, analytics, hosting, video-delivery, crash-reporting, notification, and other technology providers used by Looply.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in the following circumstances:

We may share information with companies that provide hosting, video delivery, subtitle delivery, analytics, advertising, notifications, security, customer support, and technical infrastructure.
Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

Protect the rights, safety, and security of Looply, our users, or others.

Provide and maintain Looply;

Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained for a longer period.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no internet transmission, storage system, or mobile application can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Request deletion of your personal information;
Request restriction of certain processing;
Obtain a copy of your personal information;
Object to certain processing; and

Stop information collection through the app by uninstalling Looply; and
Contact us to request deletion of your account or associated personal information.

We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. We may retain certain information where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping.
8. Children’s Privacy
Looply is not directed to children under the age of 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate permission, contact us at admin@thaishorts.online. We will review the request and take appropriate steps, including deleting the information where required.
9. International Data Transfers
Looply and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. When required, we may provide additional notice through the app or another appropriate method.
Your continued use of Looply after an updated Privacy Policy takes effect means the updated policy will apply to your future use of the app.
