These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of the Looply mobile application, including its content, features, and related services.<\/p>\n
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Looply, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.<\/p>\n
1. About Looply<\/p>\n
Looply is an entertainment application that allows users to watch short drama series with Thai subtitles for free.<\/p>\n
Looply may display advertisements to support the availability and operation of the service.<\/p>\n
Content availability may vary depending on your country, device, internet connection, licensing restrictions, and other factors.<\/p>\n
2. Eligibility<\/p>\n
You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum legal age required in your country to use Looply independently.<\/p>\n
If you are under the legal age of majority, you may use Looply only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.<\/p>\n
By using Looply, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.<\/p>\n
3. Permission to Use Looply<\/p>\n
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable permission to use Looply for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.<\/p>\n
This permission does not transfer ownership of Looply or any content available through the app to you.<\/p>\n
4. Accounts<\/p>\n
Some Looply features may require an account.<\/p>\n
If you create an account, you agree to:<\/p>\n
Provide accurate and current information;
\nKeep your login credentials confidential;
\nNot share, sell, or transfer your account;
\nAccept responsibility for activities performed through your account; and

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, threaten the security of the service, or are used for fraudulent or abusive activities.<\/p>\n
5. Acceptable Use<\/p>\n

You must not:<\/p>\n
Copy, download, record, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, rent, or commercially exploit content from Looply without authorization;
\nShare, rebroadcast, or publicly display dramas or other protected content;
\nCircumvent content protection, access restrictions, geographic restrictions, or security measures;
\nReverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
\nUse bots, scripts, crawlers, automation, or data-scraping tools to access or collect information from Looply;
\nInterfere with the operation, performance, servers, networks, or security of the app;
\nUpload or transmit malware, harmful code, viruses, or other destructive materials;
\nAttempt to gain unauthorized access to another user\u2019s account or any part of our systems;
\nUse Looply for illegal, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful activities;
\nRemove copyright, trademark, watermark, or other ownership notices;
\nMisuse advertisements, rewards, promotions, or app features; or
\nEncourage another person to violate these Terms.
\n6. Drama Content and Thai Subtitles<\/p>\n
Drama series, videos, images, artwork, subtitles, translations, music, logos, and related materials available through Looply may be owned or licensed by Looply, content providers, distributors, or other rights holders.<\/p>\n
The content is provided only for personal viewing through the Looply app.<\/p>\n
You may not claim ownership of, modify, copy, redistribute, sell, upload, or use the content outside Looply without permission from the applicable rights holder.<\/p>\n
Thai subtitles are provided for accessibility and entertainment. Subtitle translations may occasionally contain errors, omissions, timing differences, or interpretations that differ from the original dialogue.<\/p>\n
7. Intellectual Property Rights<\/p>\n
Looply, including its name, logo, software, interface, design, graphics, features, and original materials, is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.<\/p>\n
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Looply and the applicable rights holders.<\/p>\n
Third-party drama content and related materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.<\/p>\n
8. Advertisements and Third-Party Services<\/p>\n
Looply may display advertisements or contain links to third-party websites, products, applications, or services.<\/p>\n
We do not control and are not responsible for:<\/p>\n
The availability or accuracy of third-party services;
\nThird-party content, products, or advertisements;
\nTransactions between you and a third party; or
\nThe privacy, security, or business practices of third parties.<\/p>\n
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.<\/p>\n
The appearance of an advertisement or link in Looply does not necessarily mean that we endorse the advertiser, product, or service.<\/p>\n
9. Internet and Device Requirements<\/p>\n
An active internet connection and a compatible device may be required to use Looply.<\/p>\n
You are responsible for:<\/p>\n
Your device and internet connection;
\nMobile data, internet, or carrier charges;
\nKeeping your device and app software updated; and
\nEnsuring that your use of Looply complies with your service provider\u2019s terms.<\/p>\n
Video quality, playback speed, and availability may be affected by your connection, device performance, server capacity, or geographic location.<\/p>\n
10. Service Availability and Changes<\/p>\n
We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any part of Looply at any time.<\/p>\n
This may include:<\/p>\n
Adding or removing drama series;
\nChanging subtitle availability;
\nChanging advertisements or app features;
\nRestricting content in certain countries;
\nPerforming maintenance or security updates; and
\nDiscontinuing support for certain devices or operating systems.<\/p>\n
We do not guarantee that any particular drama, episode, subtitle, or feature will remain available for a specific period.<\/p>\n
11. Copyright Complaints<\/p>\n
We respect intellectual-property rights.<\/p>\n

\nIdentification or location of the allegedly infringing content;
\nA statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized;

We may remove or restrict access to content while reviewing a complaint.<\/p>\n
12. Privacy<\/p>\n
Your use of Looply is also subject to our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n
The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you.<\/p>\n
By using Looply, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n
13. Suspension and Termination<\/p>\n
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Looply if:<\/p>\n
You violate these Terms;
\nYour activity creates a security or legal risk;
\nYou misuse the app, its content, advertisements, or services;
\nWe are required to do so by law or a rights holder;
\nYour account is involved in fraud or abuse; or
\nContinuing to provide the service is no longer reasonably possible.<\/p>\n
You may stop using Looply at any time and uninstall the app from your device.<\/p>\n
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain effective.<\/p>\n
14. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/p>\n

We do not guarantee that:<\/p>\n
Looply will always be available, secure, or error-free;
\nVideos will play without interruption, delay, or quality problems;
\nAll subtitles will be accurate, complete, or synchronized;
\nEvery drama or episode will remain available;
\nThe app will be compatible with every device; or
\nDefects or errors will always be corrected.<\/p>\n
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.<\/p>\n
15. Limitation of Liability<\/p>\n
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Looply and its owners, operators, partners, service providers, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:<\/p>\n
Your use of or inability to use Looply;
\nLoss of data, profits, opportunities, or reputation;
\nService interruptions or technical failures;
\nThird-party advertisements, links, products, or services;
\nUnauthorized access to your device or account; or
\nContent removed, modified, delayed, or unavailable through the app.<\/p>\n
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n
16. Indemnification<\/p>\n
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs resulting from:<\/p>\n

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without excluding any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.<\/p>\n

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent legal relief where necessary.<\/p>\n
